    Endomondo

    If you want a bit of motivation to help you exercise, you can try: Endomondo – a free app that tracks your exercise and lets you compete with mates to stay motivated.

    A wearable exercise tracker like a Fitbit that tracks your steps. You can wear it just like a watch. And it comes with an app to show you how you’re doing and compares your activity to your mates.

    Ask your friends about the sport they like to do. Maybe you can join in some practice sessions to see if it’s something you can do too.
